A small taste of what we do here at Forks in the Road, showcasing a few menu ideas to inspire and get you started.

We'll start with an idea, working with local and seasonal ingredients. We'll adjust and work with menus according to budgets, styles, restrictions and any add-ons to create a one of a kind experience. 

Engagement Party Nibbles

  • pickled beet, everything bagel, traditional deviled eggs

  • salt roasted/smoked beets, whipped feta, candied kumquat

  • smoked pork shoulder, avocado mousse, pickled shallots, parmesan cracker bites

  • crusted polenta squares, smoked tomato drizzle, fresh mozzarella

Cuban Themed Birthday Dinner

  • amuse bouche - cauliflower espuma, pomegranate seeds, cilantro oil, peanut dust

  • vegetable papas rellenas 

  • mojo pork & flank steak w/chimichurri
